‘As with many other large establishments, effectively managing the cars entering the estate and enforcing parking regulations is essential to the daily running of the University.  One limiting factor for us was not having staff who could be permanently dedicated to enforcing our parking regulations and this led to a large number of complaints from staff who had purchased a parking permit but were unable to park. To deal with this perennial challenge, the University of Reading approached TPS who proved to be very accommodating and responsive.  

We now work in partnership with TPS and their Parking Attendants are embedded within the University’s Security Services team ensuring a high degree of collaboration and coordination.  We now are able to routinely monitor parking and enforce our parking regulations and this has resulted in improved traffic management and significantly fewer complaints from staff.’
